How to schedule burial of cable in yard
My yard hosts the AT&T cable box. My neighbor had AT&T fiber cable installed in Jan 2023, with cable to be buried by Feb 28 2023. Cable still unburied and I tripped over the poorly buried cable in my yard, so 10 feet is now exposed. How do I schedule a cable burial?

We can point you in the right direction to request that the exposed cable in your yard be buried, MazdaKen.
Call us at 800-288-2020:
If you already have an open ticket, call the Buried Wire Center at 800-924-9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. EDT.

I'm right there with ya MazdaKen My Fiber was installed in Feb, and I'm still waiting too. ATT has had to come out and replace my line once because the lawn service cut the line a few weeks ago. Same deal with another one of my backyard neighbors. Evey week its a question of if I'm going to have to fight the guys on lawnmowers because ATT cant bury a freakin line. Not even taking in to consideration my time off work for install, loss of service for cut lines, reinstalls, calls to their "convenient bury line" line, that at this point is just another frustrating waste of time. Guess I'll switch back to XFinity.
