How to get cable buried
Our fiber internet was installed 5/10. At that time, an appointment was made for the were to be buried by May 30. That didn’t happen. Since then, we have had 2 more appointment windows, and still one has buried our cable. I have called the buried wire center number countless times, and still no action. Who else can I call to get this done, because clearly someone is not doing their job to set this up.

The Buried Wire Center is the department that will be able to schedule an appointment to have the cable buried. We recommend calling again for an update.
