How to get Att wifi on my smart tv with xfinity cable
We switched from Xfinity internet but kept the cable. We have att fiber for internet now and are trying to watch something on an app on TV and it says I must have internet. Not sure how to get my att to talk to tv

Have you checked the TV manual for instructions on how to connect the TV to your network?
Generally your TV will detect your network/gateway and you will have to enter your gateway password.

What do you mean you kept the cable? How are you connecting your tv, wired or WiFi? If AT&T is your internet provider then Xfinity has nothing to do with it unless you are using Xfinity for tv (local cable stations) only. If you want to stream anything then you need to use AT&T internet.
A little clarification on your setup and what you want to do would be helpful.
