How long until fiber is offered after install on street?
3 weeks ago, fiber optic line was installed in my neighborhood and ran in front of my house with a junction box present. The site still shows it is unavailable in my area and support cannot tell me any time frame of when it may be available. Can anyone here help with some sort of timetable?

We're happy to see that you're interested in AT&T Internet, CaLan87.
As tonydi suggested, we aren't able to give you a time frame as to when service will able available. However, we are continually expanding our fiber footprint to more households every day.
If you’d like to check if service is available to you now or to sign up for a notification if it does become available in the future, please visit att.com/NotifyMe. We will send you a notification via your preferred method as soon as AT&T Fiber becomes available to you.

Your question is pretty common but unfortunately the question is like asking "how long is a road?". Pre-Covid things might have been a bit more predictable and even then the answer might be ~6 months, on average.
But with employee and equipment shortages adding to that uncertainty there's really no way to give you a good answer. Maybe it'll still be ~ 6 months, maybe longer.
Bottom line.....it's going to be longer than you'd like it to be. 😁 But hey, it's worth the wait!

Well, that is just a terrible answer. lol. With my current ISP, service has drastically decreased with packed loss out the wazoo! When I saw the workers installing, I was SUPER excited hoping it would be within a month or 2. thank you for your input @tonydi

I know, I'm sorry. 😟 I know exactly how you feel. I sat and watched AT&T string fiber to the poles in our neighborhood 3+ yrs ago. I went out and talked to the guys doing the work and asked what they were up to. "We're bringing you The Future", one said.
I sorta knew how this all played out, even back then, but I didn't think The Future was going to be almost 9 months away. So even then, without shortages, it took longer than what most were anticipating.
But hey, who knows, maybe all the pieces fall in place and yours gets lit up faster than the average. Completely unpredictable!
