How do I contact the engineering department for Fiber Internet?
I’m purchasing a new construction home and would like to get fiber internet since att is the provider for that area. I was told to contact the engineering department.

Check the addresses of the homes on either side of yours at https://www.att.com/availability/. If any has fiber, contact 800.288.2020 and request an address validation. Be prepared to give the addresses of the neighbors that have fiber. You'll get a service ticket to confirm the request. Usually takes 1 - 2 weeks to resolve these.

I am currently running into this issue. We are on a new street but AT&T is available a few streets away and the technicians were out installing lines on our property line a month ago. Cannot seem to get an update from anyone at AT&T and have already requested new service to the address several times.
