How can I view AT&T Engineering Ticket opened by Installer?
AT&T fiber failed install on (Saturday)/may 11 2019 at 8:50am
Said there was "no light on any of the five/5 fiber splitters".
Jason (tech) said he made an engineering ticket and it’ll be fixed by Monday (May 13th) but that I'd get the ticket number via text etc.
I have not received an engineering ticket # by text or email.
How do I view the ticket? I want to know how the progress is going.
