How can I confirm when my line will be repaired?
I moved into a new construction home and on the date of my scheduled installation the tech said that the line had been damaged and would need to be repaired. This was on February 17, 2023. He said that it would be repaired within two weeks. I have yet to be contacted about this and I have called the tech who came that day and he says he can’t give me a date. How can I move this along or know when my line will be repaired?
