Hole in my yard and subcontractor hasn’t returned
About 2 months ago an AT&T contractor requested access to our yard to upgrade the fiber lines. There is a 3 foot hole in my yard and they have not returned. A tree is now growing in that hole. Don’t know who to contact.

We suggest getting started by contacting out Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET. They can check to see if there is an active ticket for repairing it, or if it has hit any type of delays.

The times posted aren't correct. I've tried multiple times to call the buried wire center and keep getting a "these offices are closed" message.

We can only give you what we've been given. I don't know if yesterday was a holiday for AT&T or not
