HELP! need contact information to submit claim for plumbing issues due to At&t cabling
Please provide email or phone number and/or get instructions to submit plumbing bills to fix a broken pipe due to at&t cabling. I have pictures, plumber diagnostics, and statements. I left a voicemail at the indicated number one MONTH ago and never heard back. I do not want to get a (Edited per community guidelines) involved because I do not want to needlessly increase costs to at&t. I just want to get PROMPTLY reimbursed for what I have spent.

I can suggest a few steps you can take to resolve this matter.
Contact AT&T Customer Support: Reach out to AT&T's customer support through their official channels, such as their website or helpline. Explain your situation in detail, including the fact that you have already left a voicemail with no response. Request their assistance in submitting your claim for reimbursement.
Document Evidence: Ensure you have gathered all relevant evidence to support your claim. This includes photographs of the plumbing issues, plumber diagnostics, and statements. Having this information readily available will strengthen your case and increase the chances of a successful reimbursement.
Follow-up Communication: If you don't receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, it's important to follow up on your initial contact. Consider sending an email or making another call to the appropriate AT&T department. Be polite, yet assertive, in your communication, expressing your desire for a prompt resolution.
Escalate the Issue: If your attempts to resolve the matter directly with AT&T prove unsuccessful, you may need to escalate the issue. Look for higher-level contacts within AT&T's customer support or consider reaching out to their executive team. This information can often be found on their website or through an online search.
Consider Legal Options: If all else fails, you may want to consult with a legal professional specializing in consumer rights or contract law. They can provide guidance on whether legal action is a viable option and help you understand the next steps to take.
Remember to remain patient and persistent throughout the process. Reimbursement claims can sometimes take time to process, but by providing clear evidence and maintaining regular communication, you increase the likelihood of a successful resolution.
