Gigapower installation faliure several missed installation dates



Its been almost 3 weeks since a filure in installation of Gigapower. It's been 5 missed dates for engineering team to complete work. It's been over a dozen calls that were nothing but the runaround. I've been promised a call from the engineering department within 24 hrs and its been 96 hrs but still no call. I have no internet or phone at home and must leave the house and burden friends and family to get my work done. This is unexceptible.
