Gigapower and Usenet Giganews
Hi !
Just got my Gigapower up and running yesterday. Great download/upload speeds (932 down 758 up). But I'm very disapointed with the download speed I get from Giganews. Using the very same local network setup, I was getting 144Mbits/sec with Xfinity while I only get 64Mbits/sec with Gigapower. Traffic shaping? I tried to VPN, change port (to 443), but it only helps a little.
Any advice on getting back what I got with Xfinity?

Hi @Mitouflax,
We apologize about the issues, but we will be glad to help. We ran into an article here on how to speed up your connection. The suggestions was to change to a different port, which you have tried, and to increase your number of connections. Hopefully, that helps resolve the issue.

I just got gigapower today and have the same issue. 3 times slower when I just changed from Xfinity 108 to ATT Gigapower.
