Giga Power installed less than 30 days

So I have gigapower installed - less than 30 days and now it's not working. 12 years of internet service with AT&T not an outage that I recall or need for a service call. Calling AT&T is frustrating experience as expected  (20 minutes to talk to someone) - is it really difficult for AT&T to have a person answer a service call instead of having fake keyboard noises while you talk to a computer? Eventually I am without service since the person on the phone had no idea what an alarm on the white box was or what was/is Gigapower internet. Best bet? A fiber line buried in the gravel driveway 2 inches below the surface - where I told them not the put it - Thanks AT&T - perhaps Google Fiber can help.
