Getting it right
I know many entries on this site concern aggravations of the highest order, but I want to note exceptional service rendered by ATT technician Ray S. in Tucker Georgia in fixing an issue with my fiber service caused by a new technician who inadvertently disconnected my service at the neighborhood control box. This fiber service outage coincided with an 8 hour electrical outage caused by a severe thunderstorm at the time he was scheduled to fix my problem. Because of the ongoing power outage, he came back to my house 3 times to assure there was no other issue after he spotted the disconnection in the neighborhood box. I could not be more pleased with his dedication, expertise and sense of pride in his work. I wish every technician for every utility could be like Ray S. God bless him and those like him.
