Getting AT&T internet where I live

Who do I talk to in order to receive AT&T in my area. I live on the outskirts of Houston in Montgomery county and we’re stuck with Suddenlink in most residential areas. Their service is absolutely unacceptable! I can’t get anything done! Please for the love of god, Porter Texas needs some AT&T love! Make it happen people! Somethings got to give. Suddenlink service has me living in a 3rd world country when in reality I’m 10 minutes away from the 4th largest city in the United States. (Edited per community guidelines).
