Getting a hold of Risk Management!

I need to talk to the Risk Management people but no one is there to take my call. All I get is forwarded to a full mail box, not open during business hours or hung up on! I have called 7+ times trying to get a hold of someone, what do I do now?

Hello,

I've been trying to contact risk management for a week regarding an easement you have on my property that has created a dangerous condition.  I believe the box at issue provides service to my area.  If the issue is not taken care of I will pay to have it repaired, and I will also remove your easement which will likely prevent you from providing service in my area.

I cannot believe AT&T would resource out to a company with poor customer service.  I have been trying to reach someone at Sedgewick for over a week.  Even better when I try to access the claim online I am told the claim number is invalid.  I am trying to settle this claim, but I am left to assume that AT&T does not care that I OWE you money or that I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, since Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems.

I have three different phone numbers and I leave messages on all three phone numbers on a regular basis.  If you cant return my call I cannot pay the claim.

I have tried calling AT&T, for 2 days now I either get recording after recording or it finally rings and hangs up. You have been ripping up my private property to put your lines in, NO PERMISSION, no warning and the crew you sent does not speak English and will not stop working, now my roads are all torn up and again this is my property not a thru way or city owned. I will call my attorneys if necessary I WANT YOU TO REPAIR MY ROAD AND get off of my property!

We've got you covered, @liz1965.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. Let's get started by filing a Property Damage Claim. AT&T claims are handled by Sedgwick, our claims adjuster.

To file a new claim, have the following formation available:

  • Location - The physical address for the location where damages occurred.
  • Photos - Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage.

Once you have this information together, call the Claim Center by dialing 800-894-0374. Thank you for informing us of your current experience, allowing us to correct this. If you have any future concerns feel free to reach back out to us. We are always here and happy to help.

I recently had to call for att to come and fix a cable. A rep told me that the technician will let me know if there was going to be a charge before he fix it. He didn't say anything. We had to called them again because someone tripped over the cable. The technician then said there will be a charged. That charge was included in my bill and I paid it. Now, I received a bill for $184.84. I was appalled because I didn't even received an original bill. I contacted customer service and a representative said my account was in good standing. She then transfer me to the collections department. There, a rep assured me that there is not an outstanding balance on my account.

We want to help point you in the right direction, @littlemeli_77!

We understand how shocking it can be to get a letter requesting money for damages, and we recommend that you contact the number listed on that letter (844-859-3269) to get more information about the amount.

You can also reach our national Risk Management center at 800-894-0374 from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm EST, and they should be able to provide more clarity as well.

If you have any other questions, let us know.
