Formal complaint and escalation
I have been supplied with the most unprofessional experience during my installation and set up issues. I have been continually promised resolve and turned around and given no assistance but to wait on a ticket to be resolved. I have been hung up on and cursed by an account rep over the phone for asking for a simple follow up. I have escalated the issue of install and been told i would have a technician show up to resolve my issue and had nobody show up. I am in need of having my install finalized and completed and can not get anyone on the phone to assist. I am needing assistance with how to resolve my issue. I have attempted to use chat, phone, and email and received no resolution. If i could have a follow up to this ongoing problem and the unprofessional conduct of your employee it would be much appreciated.

this isnt at&t this is a customer forum and were all customers here so at&t will not follow up with you from this post, attcares may respond but they are very busy and get 10k plus posts per day to scroll through. there is no formal complaint process available
