Formal complaint and escalation
I have been supplied with the most unprofessional experience during my installation and set up issues. I have been continually promised resolve and turned around and given no assistance but to wait on a ticket to be resolved. I have been hung up on and cursed by an account rep over the phone for asking for a simple follow up. I have escalated the issue of install and been told i would have a technician show up to resolve my issue and had nobody show up. I am in need of having my install finalized and completed and can not get anyone on the phone to assist. I am needing assistance with how to resolve my issue. I have attempted to use chat, phone, and email and received no resolution. If i could have a follow up to this ongoing problem and the unprofessional conduct of your employee it would be much appreciated.
