FOR THE Spring we just over-seeded and added top soil to our entire yard

We are trying to resurrect the grass in front IN an effort to perk up our community views and home values. We are the corner lot and everyone can see this area.  It took some money for the dirt and seed, but it took over 2 weeks of work and watering to get here. We were excited to see the growth and progress. and then.....

Today ATT started marking (with bright spray paint) and let us know the yard will be trenched. Obviously we want to start discussions now as we dont want the community or us left with the eye sore that is surely to happen.... Unless citizens speak up early and often, corporations will run all over them.

Were we notified of this work? NOPE

Do we know when its going to happen? NOPE.

This is meaningful to us. I have tried calling three different departments - such a waste of my time.

Please contact me - thanks

This is a customer populated forum and not a way to contact AT&T.

Check with your LOCAL property taxing authority to see where the UTILITY EASEMENT is.

If all work is being done within that easement, AT&T has every right to be there.  If the work is being done outside of the UTILITY EASEMENT, then report them to your local authority as they are the ones that decide where the easement is and they would want to know.
