fiberoptic installation

3 weeks ago a company came out and put flags and paint all over my front and back yard marking FPL and CATV.  They said ATT was installing fiberoptics.  I don't even have ATT. My lawn needs to be cut. How do I contact them to find out when this will be resolved?

The flags are to identify existing wiring in the ground so hopefully the contractor doing the digging, trenching, or boring will not damage the other providers lines. 

Depending on the size of the deployment could be sometime before they get to you… 60 addresses, 200 addresses, 400 addresses, 600 addresses, 800 addresses all will have different time frames for completion but you will see construction activity occurring before they reach you. 

Recommend cutting around the flags, possibly with a trimmer, is water / sewer and / or gas service service in a different area?
