Fiber wire safety question
I recently notice there is another wire hanging on the fiber wire (see photo where arrow pointing to.) Is this safe to the fiber wire? I don't know what the other wire is. Who should I report to?

Safe? Probably. Ideal, no. The bigger question is will anyone at AT&T care enough to come fix it and I think the answer to that is no. That's based on far worse situations that people have reported here that AT&T just ignored completely.
But then again, maybe you would be better served to figure out who belongs to that line and see if they care enough to get it moved since it sure looks like they caused it.
