Fiber outlets in house but not provided to my area?

I recently moved into a home with plug-ins all over the house for at&t fiber but online it said it's not offered in my area. Checking nearby wifi my neighbors connected to my house are using their fiber connections.

So you DO have an AT&T internet fiber account?  Because there's no way your neighbors could connect to your house if you don't have an account or a connection.

doubt the connections are for fiber... they are likely ethernet jack connections, 8 pins, which can be used by any provider that offers ethernet ports on the equipment.

example of wall plate with both ethernet and coax available...

....and if there is no gateway, there is no service....regardless of what wall plates you're seeing.

Do they have att service? Or just a WiFi network? A network name of att followed by letters and numbers would be an att WiFi network.
