Fiber optics installation

Recently fiber optics were installed in our neighborhood. They have been done working for a few weeks (although they did not complete restoring our yards). Only about one quarter of the homes affected had any repair to their yards and many of those repairs have now settled 6-8" with grass growing in them. The contractor needs to fix the repairs they did and complete the yards that they did nothing. If they installed these fiber optics lines in hopes of getting more customers, good luck. One last item, I can not believe in the year 2018 that a communication company does not have an email address that customers can access customer service from. I guess you do not want a paper trail following you into court.
