You can check current availability. Beyond that the rollout is private to AT&T. Install to new areas, or upgrades to existing ones, is planned over the next several years. Unfortunately, not everyone will get fiber.

@Dee Glenn   That's what they tell you they do to figure out a plan for installation.  I still think it's really just a room full of monkeys with a big map on the wall.  They give the monkeys darts and wherever a dart lands on the map, they put fiber.  I mean Occam's Razor applies here, right.  😁

You need to know the cable belongs to which telecom provider, the provider will send their technician that can add an optic wire from their nearest telecom facility. Commonly, end users' optic wire are connected to telecom enclosures or hubs, but cannot access to fiber cable directly
