Fiber optic line from telephone pole to telephone pole droops almost to the ground.
Who do I call?
Fiber optic cable was run on the telephones poles behind my house but it droops almost to the ground. It serves my house and my neighbor but from my pole up the line to the next pole, it hangs way down. Who do I call?
