Fiber optic installation damage causing health liability

Installer bored thru existing sewer line causing blockage.  Sewage is backing up into commercial public building.

To submit a request to have the sewage lines repaired, we suggest filing a property damage claim.

 

Make sure you have the physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where the damage occurred and photos of the area. Then call 855-365-4976.

A technician has been to the site, I now have (3) THREE incident, ticket & claim numbers, a Sedgewick claims person with no last name left a message at 5:56pm so I could not call her back, I have sent multiple emails to the address she left, and there is no direct contact person with att to work on resolving the problem.  

Guess I just need to have rotorooter grind out the obstruction that was bored thru my sewer.  What do you think????
