Fiber optic cable repair

The white box that is normally screwed into the wall was hanging by just the fiber cable. (Screws came out of drywall) while trying to get to the box the fiber broke.. in need of repair

Chris,

Sorry to hear this happended to you.  Most of the time it's the most cost effective to call your svc provider but during Covid we have noticed a long wait time for as much as a week or two before they can get there.  You can hire a subcontractor to get you back up and running until you can get your provider to install a permanent solutin by pulling new fiber to your house if the fiber was to short.  A contractor can possibly make a perm solution but if not can fusion splice a temp solution.
