Fiber Optic Cable Junction Box DAMMAGE

The Fiber Optic Cable Junction Box that comes in from underground and delivers internet to the house was run over by a trash truck and is broken beyond repair. I have requested 7 times in writing and 3 times by phone that a technician come out and repair the damaged Plastic Junction Tower. It has been 2 weeks and NO ONE has come out to the location to inspect the broken box. What is the delay? The next storm that comes through the area will certainly disconnect the cables and I will not be able to conduct business. I would have thought this was a 24 hour emergency with an immediate response. Please contact me about this. I have submitted 6 photos with every email request for service.

AT&T may be waiting for the garbage truck to pay them for the damages.

We'd be happy to see what we can do about the damaged equipment, fredgard.

As JefferMC suggested, it's possible that the repair is being delayed because we're working on a resolution with the company that caused the damage. However, we can still look into this for you.
