Thursday September 16, 2021, Your subcontractors installing your fiber optic cables while digging they hit and broke the main water line to my home and entire neighborhood. Your workers were rude and left the area with the water continuing to leak. 

I need to speak to someone in a leadership position to discuss. I have pictures and videos of the damage to my water line, area around broken water line, open large holes that do not have any type of hazard warning signs notifications, and abandon work material left on my lawn. I have also contacted and filed complaints with areapolice and sewarge & water departments. 

Attempt to speak to AT&T associate about this on yesterday September 16, 2021, but I kept being transferred to many different departments.

This situation happening in New Orleans, LA 70131

Did you get the subcontractors company name? That is why they are insured and bonded just for this type of issue. Otherwise google Sedgwick
