Fiber not buried


​Had a service call and the fiber I still not burned. I live in an apartment and it's in the walking path of the residents. Who can i contact to finish. When reporting any unburied wires you will need to call our Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET. They are the team who handle all buried wire request.


If you know the issue has been reported and have a ticket number, let us know! That way we can reference our internal resources to see if there's an update on your ticket.
