If you put in your exact address and fiber shows available (not simply a shaded part of the map that seems to overlap your place), but you cannot order, then there is a process. You call AT&T and request an address validation. This has them check the physical availability against the data base.
It may take some weeks as they work this inbetween the tasks their techs are already on which take priority.

Ahh Nevermind. No my whole street can’t get fiber even though every other street in the community can, and it says we should have it.

We'd be happy to help you get set up with AT&T Fiber, arig3902!
If the website is saying that you should be eligible for Fiber, you'll want to complete an address validation request, as Juniper suggested. That way, we can check availability in our database, instead of relying solely on the website.
If you've already submitted an address validation request and need an update, we'd be happy to check on it for you.
We also recommend that you read our article to Learn why faster AT&T speeds may not be available. There are several factors that come into play when setting up AT&T Fiber, and this article can help you get a better understanding as to why it may not be ready yet.
We'll be here if you need further assistance.

We're happy to check on your address validation, @arig3902,
We will need to bring you into a DM to check on the status of your address validation.
Please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

The shaded area is an estimate, not exact. When you lookup for the exact address and it says no fiber, and the same for your imediate neighbors (same side of street) as well as apparently your entire street, then it seems you may be the odd ones out. That is unfortuante.
Waiting on the validation is the option. If it comes back still that you (and I guess the rest of your street) do not get fiber, then nothing more you can do with AT&T. At that point you get another provider if one is available.
