FIBER INTERNET
I have been told that a ATT fiber runs VERY close to our property but we cannot access it? There are several new homes on our road that would attach if it become available. PLEASE RUN THE FIBER NEAR THESE HOMES AND WE WILL CONNECT TO IT!!!!

The fiber line could be running close by your address on it's way to a distant service point (commercial, government, etc). Building the infrastructure needed to allow neighborhood access is a significant investment, and AT&T doesn't publicize future plans.

Then try requesting an Address Verification from AT&T. This is usually used to register the addresses of new homes that have been built in the middle of existing service areas- not exactly your situation, from the sound of it. Get the addresses of the two nearest homes on your street (same side as you) that have service. Contact 800.288.2020 and request an Address Verification, providing information as requested. You should be given a help ticket , and can take 2 - 3 weeks to complete.

Well.... I've tried many times to get someone on the phone but....no response...
An address near us that I believe has high speed fiber is Little Stoner Rd, Winchester Ky.
I'm trying to get an address verification but I am guessing that the Covid situation has put a damper on all of ATT operations as well. The more I read about the pandemic the more suspicious I am about it..... It has everyone in the country freaking out and the numbers are saying it will cause less deaths than the common flu.
