Fiber Internet in my Area
Good afternoon,
I currently have regular AT&T Internet service in my area but do not have AT&T fiber. I am desperately wanting fiber internet from you guys. I know that you have installed fiber in about 85% of the zipcode in my area ( 36532). When will you start expanding to my area 22851 Clearwater Circle, Fairhope, Alabama 36532.

Unknown if and when…
but considering the company statements of having 30+ million fiber addresses passed by end 2025 which is 50% of the estimated 60+ million within 21 state footprint. Your zip code being. 85% fiber while I know of zip codes that are less than 20%, I would expect ATT to spend the last 2.5 years of current fiber build to increase coverage to lower coverage instead of trying to upgrade a zip code from 85% to 90%.
There is no zip code I know of that is 100% fiber, the highest percentage in my observation is where Google Fiber has been deployed. Are you in a Google Fiber area?
ATT Fiber currently covers more addresses than any other ISP at over 22 million while Verizon Fios in the 9 states of the northeast has about 15 million addresses. Other ISPs with fiber …
