Fiber installation
Got internet fiber. Big hole was dug to access line by AT&T. Line was buried but a big hole was left. My HOA has filed a complaint as it has been a whole month of this hole being left open.
Am I supposed to fill the hole or does AT&T fill the hole? I’m a little confused.

We can point you in the right direction to have the hole filled in, Mel24572.
Just call the Buried Wire Center at 800-924-9420 and let the agent know that the hole that was left after the line was buried wasn't filled in.
