Fiber Installation Complaint Process

An AT&T contractor has apparently finished installing fiber in my subdivision.  During the installation, they dug in a large trench in my yard. They did a poor job filling in the trench and made no effort to at least plant grass and cover the damaged area with straw, despite the fact that an employee told me they would do that  They also did not plant grass over the small areas they disturbed, although they repaired similar areas in my neighbor's yard.

Who do I contact at AT&T to fix the contractor's unsatisfactory work?

I just got fiber. The line is on my yard and the 2 men came to dig the trench and lay the line to my house. But they didn’t connect to the right box and buried the line across the Middle of my neighbors yard to my house. Now if they ever dig, I will be cut off and I work from home and can’t be disconnected. How can I get them to re trench thru my yard and connect me to the correct box? My technician has not yet been here to connect the buried wire so I am still using the one above ground in my yard. Please help!
