Fiber installation burial
To whom it may concern,
I recently had my fiber cable buried but there were a few areas left exposed. Is it possible to send someone out to properly bury the cable in those spots?
Please see attached pictures.
Thank you in advance,

Hey there greglopez31. Thanks for reaching about your fiber internet service, and needing some wires buried.
We're glad to hear that you were able to get a tech appointment scheduled, and our technicians were able to get your wires buried correctly.
Please reach back out if you have any further questions. Thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.

A tech dispatch would not be to bury but to create a new request for local contractor.
While not your responsibility, may be faster and prevent damage to exposed cable by DIY.
Could not state if contractor would bury the exposed areas or bury a whole new line.

Thank you for the response. I had this same issue happen 6 years ago with my previous ATT dsl installation and went through this forum to get it resolved. Any chance you could point me towards a contractor working with At&t that could help?

If you do it I'd expect:
Someone doing it the next day.
Someone gently handling the fiber.
Someone carefully digging a small trench at least six inches down.
Someone carefully placing the fiber into the trench and covering it over.
Someone taking care to return the area to its former condition.
If you call AT&T I'd expect:
Waiting on hold for hours or getting disconnected frequently.
Getting a repair date somewhere in 2023.
Someone not showing up on that date and no notification that they weren't coming.
See first point.
See third point.
See first point.
The day finally arrives and the tech trashes your area and somehow accidentally damages the fiber. He's not the guy to fix it, so....
Back to the first point.
Your choice! 😁
