Fiber connection

My boyfriend used to be a customer using your fiber connection in Katy, TX. Unfortunately we moved to Hempstead, TX and you do not have fiber in this area. We are now using Sparklight internet and we miss AT&T soooo much! This is the worst internet ever, it was fine the first 2 months and then it went downhill. They told us someone would be here to take a look at it so we took off work as they do not do weekends or later in the evening because they think people do not have jobs. That is one thing we love about AT&T. Without notifying us, they moved the day they would come out. We had to contact them in order to find out if they were still coming only for them to inform us it is scheduled for a different day. Because we do not have many vacation days, we needed them to move it to Friday as I do not work that day. I would love if you could bring your fiber connection to Hempstead so we can switch back to you!!!
