Fiber Buildout Request near AT&T lines

Hello, I currently live outside of Deerfield WI, 53531, on the road of Saddle Ridge Road. I recently noticed your workers were laying down fiber-optic lines on Highway-BB a mile or two away from where I live. On my street there are 14 houses, and between my road and the area where you guys are laying down lines, there are even more houses. We currently have Frontier internet, however the speeds are TERRIBLE and they are constantly down. Lot's of my neighbors are fed up with Frontier. Our area would greatly benefit from Fiber internet. Is there any way I can get fiber to my home. Thanks!
