Fiber available in my subdivision but I can't get it in my new home.

Hi.  I've called and chatted and created several address certification tickets but I am still unable to get my address in the system. I own a home at 5637 address on my street and last year completed a home right next door at 5641.  I've been trying to get service since 2018.  ATT fiber became available 3 months ago in our development.  I have fiber at 5637 but am selling that home and moving next door at the home we have built - 5641.  It's literally a 20-30ft run.  Can someone please help me with this.  I've called everyone and filed everything I can without success.   I actually filed a new address case recently with a rep that told me it would now show up in the system.  It still hasn't.  I'm at a loss.

Hello @motionfoundry, let's see what we can do. When was the last time you spoke to an agent in regards to Fiber?
Also, did they inform you to fill out a form, or were you asked information about your current address to be put into a form to request fiber?
Please let us know.

Thank you so much.  The last time I spoke with someone (actually it was an online support chat) was last Friday 5/10/19.  during that chat he asked me all of the information and was putting into a form himself.  At the end of the chat he said it was entered and was all set and should show up.  But when I went to purchase fiber later that day it was still not coming up.  The 2 times I had done that in the past (over the last 5 months), was a similar situation, where I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone and they took down the information.   Thanks,  - Brian

Hello @motionfoundary, since the information was put last Friday, it may take some time to go into effect and have your address appointed. The best thing to do at this point is wait, and keep checking our website to see when it becomes available.

come to find out there was a bot that was rejecting it 3 times.  I'm still waiting as I resubmitted on monday.  it's thursday.  hoping it shows up.

It is finally in the system and being installed this week.  The only way though that this happened was an awesome installer that I met who knew an engineer to call and request he put it in there.  Evidently there was a bot that just kept rejecting it.  I don't think it would have ever gotten activated if it wasn't for these people (non-computers) involved.
