Faster service desperately needed at my location. Fiber connection across the street from my hosue.

Good morning I am reaching out to try to find someone to actively get faster Internet service at my home. I have worked on this myself for over two years with no luck. I am 100% confident there is a fiber wire buried across the street from my house and I am told that it has plenty of space to be able to tap into (AT&T Splicer I spoke to last week). There are at least eight people in a row on my street that want faster service and I have a list of another 16 people in the area that would like service at their location as well. This is something that should be addressed immediately and it should not be that difficult of a solution if we can just get somebody to actively work on it! (everyone I talk to says nothing but sorry.....) I have already had tickets and site surveys in the past and with new developments in the area that are connected (one of which I can see from my house), I have to imagine that somethings should be available NOW with a little work. Also, many people are willing to pay!! Someone, please help!
