Facing issues with the High Speed fiber Internet

Anyone else order the new high speed fiber internet only to have it stop working 2 weeks later and then told you have to wait 5 days for a tech to come and fix it?

Sure it really depends on the timing of your outage, what the issue is, and the available tech schedule in your local area.

When did you report the outage and when is the service call scheduled for?

Note: last week was a Holiday week so there are some areas with service backlogs as well as storm damage areas requesting techs from other service areas to help with the Hurricane / flood recovery.
