Facility issues
I moved into a new home in October informed that I could have fiber optic cable. Since moving in I have had countless appointments cancelled due to a facility issue. I have not been given an estimated completion date. It’s March and I’ve yet to receive internet services with little to no explanation or any sense of urgency. One associate stated “your getting the best service you just have to wait for it”. I have 2 kids in school that rely on internet services for homework and w have to go to Starbucks and McDonald’s when we have exceeded our cell phone hotspot gigs. This is by far the worst experience I’ve EVER had with any cellular and/or internet services. When does AT&T focus on the priority of customers ? How do I get this issue resolved immediately?
