Hey there @neptunepic. Thanks for reaching out about your smart extender, and we'd be happy to help.
We're unable to let you know the exact location of where the smart extender is, but you can check out our page on smart extender to see if you have a device like this in your house.
Also, did you have a previous extender before your install? The Smart Home Manager app could be still registering that you still have that extender, but it's offline.
