Exposed fiber Wire Unburied

The technician came on 7/23 to set up the fiber internet. Then we were told some local contractor will  come to bury the wire by 8/7, today is 8/8, and it is past due. i have tried to call many times, however, nobody gave me an answer about when the contractor will come, just simply said they left notes. This is really frustrating. One of my neighbor installed fiber later than us, and they had the wired buried yesterday already. I feel really upset why att skipped us and bury someone else who installed later. And it doesnt make any sense they come and not do the whole neighbor work at same time. We live in gerogia. Do anyone know how can i escalate this? It is past due and i have called customer service many many times already. Nobody really cares. Thank you for any comments.

Hello, @Alex1986
We understand you're having an issue with exposed wire's that need to be buried. We know that can be upsetting here's a link that can help with this situation. You can also Call the AT&T Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. ET. This phone number is specific to cables in the ground that need to be buried.

Only two weeks to bury your wire?  Mine has been exposed for over 2 months, and I just received a text today (August 7, 2019) that it will be buried on June 30th.  Only 10 months to go and the order should be completed assuming they make the June 30th deadline.... glad my contract will be expired around then so I can move to a more reliable company.  Absolutely agree that nobody really cares, and I have called and spent hours on hold to no avail.  Same story on the neighbor, theirs was installed over a month after mine, and I made sure mine was sitting on top of theirs.  The contractor moved mine away and buried theirs and refused to bury mine, so it still sits exposed weeks later.
