ethernet issues

just recently got the new (BGW320 fiber 1,000) and only getting about 100/200mbps with cat5e & cat6 tried both cables connected to my iMac same thing with my windows work computer. Has anybody ever had this issue?

First try the AT&T Smart Home app. There is an online version at this link where you can run a speed test to your AT&T Gateway and also to your device that runs the link in the web browser.

(You will need your AT&T Id and password)

If you have a smartphone you can also use the free AT&T Smart Home Manager app to run a speedtest and perform other functions like testing for service issues or managing devices. It is available in your smartphone's App store online.

Next it would be help to know what devices you are using and how you are checking these speeds?

Could you provide the Model and OS on your iMac and are you directly connecting your Ethernet cable(s) to the back of the BGW320 or using Ethernet wall wiring that was existing and terminating at a wall plate in a room?
