Estimated date came and passed and still nothing to show

August 12th came and went with no word from AT&T. Called support today and was told that I will not hear back from them now until August 26. I'm extremely frustrated that I can't get any real information and customer support is all that I can get ahold of. I took 2 vacation days (an equivalent of 500$) off at the start of the month only to be no call no showed both days, and then told to wait 2 weeks, and now finally told to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. I am having to stay at my parents because I am having to quarantine with COVID and I need internet to work remotely. Extremely frustrating and I will be exploring other fiber providers at this point. Unfortunately AT&T is the cheapest around, but this is so unprofessional and outrageous.
