We are a civil engineering firm working with a contractor in Weslaco, TX on a road improvement project.  The contractor has hit a fiber optic line that is currently being repaired but will need to relocate due to the proposed improvements.  We need to contact AT&T's engineers to discuss this fiber optic line to see what our options are.  Can you please direct me to a contact for this?
