Hello,
Can someone please explain in simple terms how AT&T is allowed to dig on my property without permission? Thanks.

Have you checked your plat for a utility easement (your county deed recorder may be of help here).

Thank you JefferMC;
I was really trying to be more sarcastic than anything. How am I paying the mortgage, taxes, upkeep on my home & land and an independent company come through (without permission) & trespass & leave a mess? I mean (Edited per community guidelines)? How is this legal?

HOW DOES A PROPERTY EASEMENT AFFECT YOU
A property easement grants someone else the limited right to use your land for a specific purpose. For example, a common easement is one that a utility company has for placing cables, pipes, or other equipment under or over the property to allow property owners to use their utilities.

Property easements are the price you pay for living in a specific location, area or neighborhood.
Don't like it and don't want to deal with property easements? Move.

Do you want electricity, water / sewer, power or Internet then you need an easement for the equipment to run through.
Sounds like you don't like the AT&T way of installing equipment in the Easement.

You obviously already know about easements, so you're asking the wrong question. "Please give me attention for whining about something I already know about" would be a more appropriate title.
