DSL

I am in a ZIP code in Gainesville that does NOT have AT&T fiber optic, but does have COX Cable, whom I dislike. I still have DSL, which doubles or triples my cost because a physical phone line is needed to supply DSL to my Home Internet. THAT is why I literally have contacted AT&T through various methods to keep the contact going, but yet this week another neighbor "gave up" and joined the evil COX Cable. It's all about money and AT&T does NOT care about the loyal customers, as they refuse to give us any break on the phone or internet cost, even as the service is unsatisfactory. Does the DSL work? Yes. Does it work well? Yes. Is it horrendously expensive? Yes. Do I have a load of other (cellular) products with AT&T and have for several decades? Yes
