Down AT&T line near pool - - dangerous situation - - can’t get help!
I can’t get a hold of Risk Management. This seems to be a common theme.
After many calls, I still cannot get help removing equipment from a prior account owner at my house. There is a line down near my pool. I need help removing it.
The supervisor told me that it was acceptable to remove it myself. ??? That seems dangerous as it is 30 feet in the air connecting to other wires.
They said they can’t remove it if I don’t have an account with AT&T. They need the prior account owner (moved a decade ago) to call it in??
