Does fiber optics installation damage laid turf

I have Turf in my entire yard.  I DO not want anything dug in my yard...a VERY expensive damage if they do.  Been on hold over 2 hours with ATT and need an IMMEDIATE answer before they begin my neighborhood

Yeah, there is nothing that the owner can do about the easement but can't the installers use something like a Ditch Witch to at least tunnel the cable underneath the yard to the house?

@mspetrone sorry but anyone you reach in a customer facing position will be unable to actually help you with this issue.

As the 2 posters above covered if you have a utility easement in your yard and you put Artificial Truf there you did at your own risk. That would be for the Fiber loop in the neighborhood.

If you want service to your address they will also dig to your house.  Most installs will be hand dug but still requires digging through your Turf.

AT&T or any utility may dig through your easement as required.
