Digging for AT&T fiber in front of my house
My subdivision is pre-wired for AT&T Fiber. It is buried at the front of my home somewhere. AT&T has a 3rd party that has to come out to dig for the fiber cable but they cannot give me a timeline for resolution. It has been 3 weeks since my original appointment. Has anyone had experience with this and maybe another number to call beside the customer service number. They have no information. Thank you

There's nobody that the public (or most AT&T employees) can talk to that would have any real timeline. That's all closely held info available to a small group. It's probably more guarded than the football....
